‘Not My First Rodeo’ - Hers Version is the first of my ‘Rodeo’ Series that will be featured in my Fall Winter 2026 debut at Southwest art exhibitions.

I have been painting in a style of hyper realism or photo realism though lately I am enjoying a looser style of painting that allows more energy to express through me. This work expresses something I have said many times on my life journey, most often using my inside voice. “It’s not my first rodeo!” Now I say it with my brush channelling a younger spirit with this message.
