“Since I love expressing light through glass within my works, my antique chandelier is a wonderful showcase for me to explore the interplay of light reflections and refractions through a more complex arrangement of facets offered by each of the cut crystal jewels. As well, the multiple lights within the chandelier allow for more complex illumination including the casting of beams and glow, the capture of which allowed me to create a rich visual ambiance of light from and within my ‘Chandelier’.”
